Pricing
Standard
$95/hr.
Booked work on the normal calendar.
2-hour minimum on the first day for new clients. After that I bill the time I am on your job, by the minute.
Materials & GST extra.
Priority
$125/hr.
Same work as Standard, sooner when I have availability.
2-hour minimum. Materials and GST extra.
After Hours
$200/hr.
Evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays, and only when I am available. This is not a 24-hour on-call service.
2-hour minimum. Materials and GST extra.
If you text after hours and I cannot come, I will say so and book Standard or Priority instead.
How the clock works
I bill portal to portal at the rate we booked. Time in the van is time I cannot be on another job. Fernie townsite is covered by the visit minimum. Sparwood, Elkford, and farther are on the clock from when I leave.
Materials
Time and materials. I do not give quotes, and I do not estimate most jobs.
What I use from the van and what I buy for your job goes on the invoice, separate from labour.
If I need to buy something large before I start, I will text you the cost first.
GST
5% on top of labour and materials.
