Same work in houses, shops, offices, and rentals in Fernie and the Elk Valley. Fernie townsite is covered by the visit minimum. Sparwood, Elkford, and farther are on the clock from when I leave.
I bill time and materials. I do not give quotes. What comes out of the van and what I buy for your job goes on the invoice, separate from labour. If I need to buy something large before I start, I will text you the cost first.
If the job needs a ticket I do not hold, I will tell you.
